Engagement	Any interaction delivered to your Content (view, like, comment, follow, share)

Eligibility

Who Can Use RayShare SEO.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

You are at least 16 years old

You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

You are not located in a sanctioned country

You are not a convicted felon for fraud-related crimes

You own or manage the accounts you submit

Accounts found in violation will be immediately terminated without refund.

Registration

When you create a RayShare SEO account:

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You may not transfer or sell your account to another party
You may not create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or referrals

Obligations

You agree that you will NOT:

Submit content promoting hate speech, violence, or harassment	Immediate ban
Submit adult/NSFW content	Immediate ban
Attempt to reverse-engineer our platform	Legal action
Use our service to manipulate financial or political processes	Immediate ban + reported
Harass, abuse, or defame other users	Account suspension
Upload malware or malicious code	Legal action + permanent ban
Resell RayShare SEO services without authorization	Account termination
Submit content you don't own or have rights to	DMCA takedown

Refunds

Duplicate charge for the same order
Platform error causing delivery failure

NOT Eligible for Refund

Engagement removed by the social platform after delivery
Change of mind after order is placed
You submitted the wrong content URL
Your social media account was banned or suspended
Engagement dropped due to platform algorithm changes

How to Request a Refund:

Email support@raysharelly.com within 14 days of order completion
Include your order ID and reason for the request
We respond within 48 hours with a resolution
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you submit
You grant RayShare SEO a limited license to process your content URLs solely for delivering ordered services
This license terminates when your order is complete

Our Platform

RayShare SEO's codebase, design, branding, and infrastructure are our exclusive intellectual property
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform
The name "RayShare SEO" and associated logos are protected trademarks

DMCA Compliance

We respect intellectual property rights. To file a DMCA takedown notice:

Independence

We're Independent. Always.

RayShare SEO is an independent third-party service. We are:

NOT affiliated with TikTok, ByteDance, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Google, Facebook, X Corp, or any social media platform
NOT endorsed, sponsored, or certified by any social media company
NOT responsible for changes to third-party platform algorithms or policies
NOT liable if a social platform removes engagement, suspends your account, or changes its terms

You are responsible for complying with the Terms of Service of any social media platform you use.

Availability

We Strive for 99.9% Uptime.

We make every reasonable effort to maintain Platform availability
Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance

We are not liable for downtime caused by:

Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics)
Third-party service outages (Stripe, Cloudflare, hosting providers)
DDoS attacks or malicious interference
Your internet connection or device issues

Liability

We do not guarantee specific follower counts, view counts, or viral outcomes
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim

We are not liable for:

Lost profits or revenue
Social media account suspension
Algorithmic penalties
Indirect or consequential damages
Emotional distress or reputational harm

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RayShare SEO, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of third-party platform terms
Content you submit that infringes intellectual property rights
Fraudulent or illegal use of the Platform
Misrepresentation of your identity or account ownership

Termination

How Accounts End.

Termination by You

Delete your account anytime from Settings → Account → Delete Account
All personal data is purged within 30 days
Active orders will be completed before deletion

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account with or without notice if:
